When someone disconnects at a match’s beginning—spanning from the buy phase’s start through the first round’s conclusion—you can request a “remake call” as the second round begins by entering /remake in chat. Remake options are only available during a map’s second round.
To restart the match from the beginning, every remaining team member must approve the remake through a voting process.
