How to find Fenglope Boss Location in Palworld

To encounter Fenglope in Palworld, navigate toward the boss icon displayed on the map. Upon arrival, you’ll unexpectedly find yourself at a Syndicate camp under heavy gunfire. While this might seem perplexing initially, it’s because the Alpha Pal Boss is cleverly concealed.

You might spend considerable time searching the area for Fenglope’s location, as it’s expertly hidden. It took me approximately 20 minutes to finally discover it, and I felt rather foolish for not spotting it sooner. Unlike what you might expect, the Pal isn’t situated above ground. Similar to other boss Pals, it resides beneath the surface in a hidden cave—you just need to locate the entrance.

Fenglope’s exact location in Palworld

Fenglope can be found north of its circle on the Palworld map, within a waterfall that feeds into a stream flowing through the map’s center. The waterfall conceals a mineshaft entrance, and at its terminus, you’ll encounter the majestic Alpha Fenglope.

The creature is level 25, so prepare accordingly with appropriate weapons and Legendary or higher-tier Pal Spheres if capture is your goal. The battle initiates with Fenglope unleashing two water-type moves: Acid Rain and Aqua Gun. These attacks release acid from a cloud that pursues you, but the real challenge comes with Cloud Tempest. During this move, Fenglope surrounds itself with an aura before attempting to charge at you and your Pals.

After successfully capturing Fenglope, you’ll discover it’s arguably the most efficient ground mount in the game, thanks to its impressive speed and unique double jump capability, making exploration significantly more convenient. Its exceptional mobility and jumping prowess remain valuable even in advanced stages of the game, though it becomes less essential once you unlock flying Pals later on.

How to find a regular Fenglope in Palworld

For those seeking the standard version rather than the Alpha variant, there are two primary locations where you can find this Pal.

The first location is at coordinates -530 and -652, situated south of the Volcanic biome. Here, you’ll find the Mount Obsidian Anubis Statue fast travel point, where Fenglope occasionally appears during daylight hours. While sightings are infrequent due to its rare spawn rate, this location offers a relatively straightforward opportunity to encounter one.

Your second option is the Pal Sanctuary, positioned at the northeastern extremity of the map. Similar to the Volcanic biome location, Fenglope appears here sporadically alongside various other Pals. However, exercise caution while exploring this area – unauthorized presence will mark you as a criminal, resulting in pursuit by the Pal Police until defeat.
